Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (UPJN) invites application for the post of 398 Routine Clerk & Stenographer. Apply Online before 21 July 2016.

The State Government Constituted a Corporation by the name of UTTAR PRADESH JAL NIGAM in the year 1975 which came into existence with effect from 18th June 1975. Its area of operation extends to whole of Uttar Pradesh excluding Cantonment areas under an Act called as Uttar Pradesh Water Supply & Sewerage Act, 1975. The basic objective of creating this corporation is development and regulation of water supply & sewerage services and for matters connected therewith.

Eligibility Criteria for UPJN Recruitment 2016 :   

• Educational Qualification :


• For Routine Clerk : Candidates must have pass 10+2 (Intermediate) exam any recognized Board with typing speed in Hindi 25 wpm and 30 wpm in English on Computer and Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application.


• For Stenographer : Candidates must have pass 10+2 (Intermediate) exam any recognized Board with 80 wpm in steno speed in Hindi and Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application.


• Nationality : Indian


• Age Limit : 18 to 40 years as on 01.08.2016.

Age of Relaxation :

• For SC/ST/ OBC Candidates : 5 years (Only U.P. Domicile)

Job Location : Uttar Pradesh

Selection Process : Selection will be through Written Test & Interview.
