About Central Medical Service Society :-

To streamline drug procurement and distribution system of Department of Health and Family Welfare (DoHFW), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) and to eliminate existing deficiencies, Central Medical Services Society (CMSS) has been established as a Central Procurement Agency (CPA) and registered as a society on 22nd March 2012. The CMSS functions as an independent, professional and autonomous agency for purchasing medicines, vaccines, contraceptives and medical equipments for all disease control programmes of the Union Health Ministry. The CMSS is also responsible for quality control and distribution of above mentioned health sector goods to the State Governments and UTs through its IT enabled State level warehouses in 50 locations spread across the country.

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be up to 45 years of age as on the date of advertisement.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B. Tech (in any discipline) or Science Graduation with MBA (any discipline) through a full time degree course from universities recognized by UGC or Autonomous Institute(s) authorized by M/o HRD with least 60 % marks each or equivalent grade in Graduation & Post Graduation level with relevant experience.
