Pt B.D Sharma Post-graduate institute of medical science (PGIMS) invites application for the position of 209 senior Resident and Demonstrator vacancies. Apply may appear walk – in – interview on 11^th July 2016.

Pt. B.D.Sharma, PGIMS, Rohtak is situated at a distance of about 240 km from Chandigarh and about 70 km from Delhi on Delhi-Hissar-Sirsa-Fazilka National Highway (NH-10). It is the  only major Institution for Medical Education and Research and a tertiary care centre for provision of specialized health care services not only to the people of the State of Haryana, but also to those from  Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi and western U.P.

Senior Resident:- 184 posts

• Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should not be less than 22 years and should not be more than 40 years. The age of the applicant should be as on 11^th July 2016.


• Pay Scale:- Rs  31000/- Per Month


• Qualification:- Candidates should have MBBS from any institution / university recognized by the MD with MD / MS in the subject concerned with Experience.

Demonstrator:- 25 posts

• Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should not be less than 22 years and should not be more than 40 years. The age of the applicant should be as on 11^th July 2016.


• Pay Scale:- Rs  31000/- Per Month


• Qualification:- Candidates should have MBBS from any institution / university recognized by the MCI and registered under the state / Central medical registration act.

Selection Procedure:- The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of walk – in – interview that will be held at O/o Deputy registrar, Recruitment and Estt cell, Pt B.D Sharma Post-graduate institute of medical science (PGIMS) on 11^th July 2016 at 02.00 p.m.
