Educational Qualification Criteria:
Dental Surgeons & Dentists >> Applicant should have BDS/MDS with registration in Chhattisgarh medical council is compulsory.
ANM >> Candidates must have 12th standard,ANM Passed & INC affiliating training centre and Live registration in chhattisgarh nursing registration counselling.
Staff Nurse >> BSC nursing or GNM course passed with Live registration in chhattisgarh nursing registration counselling.
Medical Officer SNCU >> MBBS with registration in Chhattisgarh medical council.
Cleaners , Ayaa Bai & Attendants >> 8th Pass
Block data Manager >> BCA/Graduate with 50% Marks or PGDCA(Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications.
PADDA >> 12th Pass with 1 year DCA(Diploma in computer applications
Lab Technicians >> Diploma/Bachelor in medical laboratory technology(DMLT)/(BMLT) in Paramedical
DEO District >> 12th pass from recognisaed Govt Board with 1 year DCA
Medical OFFICER >> BHMS/BUMS/BAMD Degree.
Pharmacist >> Degree or Diploma in pharmacist with 50% marks from CG recognized council.
Age Criteria:
Candidates should be 18 to 64 years (as on 01.01.2016) as per NRHM Chhatisgarh Notification.
Application Fee :
Candidates have to pay Rs. 400/- (Rs 200/- for SC/ST/PWD/Female ) whose pay scale is less than Rs.25000/- & Rs.650/- (Rs.350/-for SC/ST/PWD/Female) whose pay scale is greater than Rs.25000/- through Demand Draft drawn in favour of District Health Society, Non NRHM other Fund Bilaspur.
